Hot mess

i was late for school again! due to the reason that i've a long chat with someone. well.. and i dont intend to go school today, but well... i still drag myself out of bed. my eyes were shutting, seriously. classmates were like saying i looked like zombie. web media faci changed! its another faci ! i seriously must say this faci.. firstly, we need not do PDT which is needed in order for us to have a direction on where to start. secondly, he didnt come to our table and discuss with the problem. that's sucky enough. thirdly, HIS FUCKING LAN JIAO PHONE RING DURING THE PRESENTATION !

ok nevermind. whine enough. anyway today's lesson is about blog. one of the choosen blog is dawnyang's. easy and boring.. enterprise UT for today. i screwed everything up. i'm prepare to fail.. nevermind. i'll still have UT 2 and 3. work hard sandy !

chanced upon a news about ris low, again. it was through MSN home page, i clicked once i saw her picture.. it was an interview by keith lin. some of the answer she gave really make my day..

Q: ris, it's no exaggeration to say that you're now offically singapore's most recognize former ex-beauty-queen. has fame been a dream or nightmare for you so far?

ris: it's been a dream, a fabulous dream. it's like being in wonderland, people recognize you and you get freebies...

what the fuck ? isn't she trying to deceive herself that its a fabulous dream? i strongly believe she dont feel good at all.. and what's up with the freebies? she sound so auntie!

Q: what sort of freebies?

ris: oh i get a lot of free nail treatments and hair treatments.

well... nothing expensive though. perhaps the product that use on her is going to get expiry and doesn't want it to be wasted.

Q: i see. But surely it hasn't all been smooth-sailing? you have been getting your fair share of flak and critcism ..

ris: (interrupts)No, i take everything with a pinch of salt. so it's just been a dream to me, even the bad parts.

why would she consider the bad part to be one of her dream?

Q: some people say that you don't know what you're doing and have dragged our country's reputation down with you. what do you have to say to these people?

can i tell them that they're bull-shitting? please take a look at yourself in the mirror, as if you're not disgracing yourself. is your english really that good? can you really speak that well? can you write that well? do you think you can stand on the stage and portray yourself? No, i don't think so. you're just somebody behind the computer, a nerd wearing specs, typing away. Just a coward.

obviously she is replying in a typical ah-lian way just like when a random person spam on other's blog. that's how they reply.. what has looking into the mirror got to do with dragging our country reputation down? does looking yourself into the mirror make you disgrace? this sentence doesnt apply to all the audience though. and she is using direct translation from chinese to english version. she was interviewed and she used word like "bull-shitting"? now i know why my friend thinks that miss sg all cannot make it. well, yes i am behind the computer but i'm not coward because there are pictures of me and my name written down. though i wear specs but i'm not a nerd, and not all nerd wear specs.

Q: speaking of well-known, did you ever think that the word 'boomz' will become the national phenomena it is now?

ris: No, i thought 'boomz' was just a word used by myself and in the comics, where the cars go crashing and then boomz!

-.-" so what has it got to do when the interviewer question you about what would you wear when you're feeling naughty? you're outfit would crash and boomz too?! -.-

Q: so how long have you been using this word?

ris: i think since i was young. i'll play with the toy trucks and go boomz, boomz boomz!

maybe 10 back when you're 9 you would use this word, fine. 10 years later you're still using.. not surpising when you reach 50 or 60 years old then.

shall blog a little in this space as its raining cats and dogs outside. wahh.. metaphor. -.-" well, digital media arts UT just now, i think too long and wrote too much. better than nothing i guess. school is great, just that i'm reluctant to get up every morning.. dragging the time longer and longer.

the truth is out i guess. we really know you.. this world is small, singapore is too small, singapore army camp is even smaller. i dont know whether to listen, or not. time checked, its 6.46pm now. zoan is sleeping in right of me. others are doing RJ. cant imagine life in school for the next 2 1/2 years.
